What I find baffling is that companies and marketing departments spend most of their energy trying to CREATE a recognizable brand. What were they thinking with this bone-headed move? I game a lot (but I don’t play Cod) and I didn’t notice the new title until last week. I just kept seeing it called “the new Cod” in forums and didn’t realize they dropped the “Cod” part. Brand confusion is ALWAYS bad.
